I include 1 hour of platform training to all my clients post-launch, so that you can run the day-to-day yourself! You can always call on me for additional pages and larger updates when needed.

A Brief Questionnaire
My online brand development and web design onboarding questionnaires provide me with an introduction to you and your business as well as some information on your needs and goals. For all other services, simply contact me.
Discovery Call
Once I receive and review your questionnaire, I’ll reach out to schedule a discovery call so we can take a deeper dive and make sure we’re the right fit!
Proposal & Cost Estimate
I’ll draft a straight-forward proposal for your approval based on the details gathered in our discovery call. It will include everything to meet your goals, the cost estimate and I’ll even include some optional recommendations, if I feel they’d be beneficial.
Contract & Deposit
Once you’ve approved the proposal, I’ll send you a no-nonsense contract that we will both sign. Upon receipt of your deposit, I’ll reach out to get things under way!
Kick-Off Meeting
Whether in-person or virtual, we’ll meet up so I can provide your project guide, reiterate the process & timeline and other details such as content gathering.
Research & Design
I’ll get to work researching your industry, competitors, target audience & more as well as laying out the design for your project. I take many factors into consideration for your ultimate success!
Review & Revise
Throughout my design process, we’ll have regular check-ins to celebrate wins and for me to collect your feedback. This keeps everything aligned with your business goals and ensures I’m on brand.
Final Approval & Payment
Once your project is complete, I’ll request your final approval and payment.
Launch!
